· Nicotinamide (vitamin B3, niacin) has anti-inflammatory properties, as it suppresses neutrophil chemotaxis, blocks lymphocytic transformation and prevents mast cell

degradation.

· Salicylic acid is an excellent sebum regulator it has bacteriostatic properties and

speeds up epidermal turnover.

· Aloe vera is a natural soother. It has healing, cutaneous regenerating, bactericidal,  and emollient properties, and protects the skin against the damaging effects of free radicals.

· The activator eases the penetration of the different active ingredients.
